Welcome to Brewster VFW Post 672

Since the 1930’s, VFW Post 672 has been active in the Brewster community as the local face and voice of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, a national veterans organization whose mission is to foster camaraderie among U.S. veterans of overseas conflicts; serve veterans, the military, and our communities; and advocate on the behalf of all veterans.

Members of our Post have served in overseas conflicts including World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other conflicts. With the common bond of serving in times of conflict, we serve others with the motto, “Honor the Dead by Helping the Living”. We do this by promoting patriotism, honoring military service, ensuring the care of veterans and their families, and serving our communities.
